Love these kids!!

It is officially summer! Olivia's first day home for the summer and we had these cuties over to play! Each of them are so special and sweet. I could go on and on about how much fun they all have together, and the hilarious things they all say and do.  Excited about Adie Kessler being able to join in next time and in a few months there will be a sweet baby boy we'll all be fighting over :) 

Olivia's Kindergarten Graudation!

Ok, seriously... how is Olivia's Kindergarten year already over. It truly seems like last month that she and I were both a bit nervous about her first day away all day at school.  I can't even fathom that she's through her first year.  She is growing up so quickly and she is amazing me with how well she is doing!! She can read, spell, write, and she's obsessed with playing school!  She is such a blessing to our family and we love her more than words can express!!!

A week before Kindergarten was over Olivia lost her 8th tooth! I think she's going for some kind of world record! :)

Ben's preschool picnic!

Ben completed his first year of preschool!! He LOVED school this year.  He has also made some great little friends! Daddy took off work Wednesday to go to his school picnic with us. It was a lot of fun!! What a sweet sweet boy out little guy is. I can't believe he only has more year before he's in kindergarten.  Is it possible to freeze time yet??

Last weekend we went to my dad's to visit some out of state family! My Aunt Sharon, and two of my dad's cousins, Dawn and Robin.  It was a great time seeing them all!! 

The reading room!

The kids claimed this small closet before we moved in. It has been storing some toys and stuff but I finally got around to making it their own little reading room. And it just happened to turn into a Frozen reading room when I bought the blue paint and posters yesterday! can't wait for them to see it when they get home! (I just noticed the lamp reflects what looks like a snowflake on the wall!)

Mother's Day

I am so thankful for my wonderful mom! I'm also so thankful that I have 2 incredible kids that call me mom! Feeling very blessed this year.  This was taken Mother's Day weekend before our ladies luncheon at church. 

Ben's field trip!

Ben's class went to Wesselman nature reserve for his field trip 2 weeks ago.  He loved it! although the short 10 minute walk through the woods was "taking soooo long" according to Ben. But he got to touch a snake and he was VERY ecxited about that!! 

Awana Celebration!

I'm a bit behind in my blog posts.  At the end of April we celebrated the end of our AWANA year. Ben LOVED cubbies this year, he was so sad to see it end.  Olivia only went the last half of the year but she had a great time as well! It's so fun seeing our kids getting excited about going to church and learning from God's word!
